Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Nature of Service MyToolPanda (Sibel Coşkun) (the “Service”) provides digital tools and AI-generated strategic reports. Due to the digital nature of the Pro Elite Membership, once the service is accessed or digital content is provided, the service is deemed “consumed.”

2. No Refund Policy Since our Pro Elite tools provide immediate value and downloadable data, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the account is upgraded. Users are encouraged to use our 120+ free tools to evaluate the service before upgrading. According to the Distance Contracts Regulation, the ‘Right of Withdrawal’ (Cayma Hakkı) cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

3. Cancellation You may cancel your Pro Elite Membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Delivery Policy Access to Pro Elite tools is delivered digitally and instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation. No physical shipping is involved.
